Chris Sustar has been with Fredon Corporation since 1989, having started his career on the shop floor. He currently heads the purchasing department.

Chris maintains constant contact with our vendors to ensure that they are providing us with the highest quality, most competitive pricing performance. The purchasing department conducts annual reviews of the quality ratings of our vendors and creates the Approved Vendor list.

His experience as a machinist enables him to fully understand the effect that outside sourcing and material acquisition have on the overall quality of our work.

Chris works diligently to ensure that our parts are entrusted only to top vendors capable of handling the precise requirements of our customers’ most demanding requirements.
