Project Manager

Jim reports directly to the Vice President of Operations and assists with the planning, scheduling and oversight of various jobs and contracts. Occasionally, he lends a hand to our purchasing and quality departments.

Jim works closely with our customer partners to help resolve special issues and problems. Subscribing to the belief that an innovative company cannot rest on its past successes, he often serves as the leader or facilitator of our continuous improvement events.

A firefighter, CPR and First Aid instructor for 29 years, Jim is also our Safety Manager. He believes that maintaining a safe and healthy environment provides for a stronger, more responsive and more productive team.
